These Terms of Service apply to Fantasy Wallpaper Backgrounds (package name: com.real.animalphotoface).
By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Fantasy Wallpaper Backgrounds provides wallpaper browsing, preview, download, sharing, and wallpaper-setting features. The app may fetch wallpaper images from online image sources and may refresh available content over time.
The app is free to use and may show ads to support ongoing maintenance, image updates, and app development.
The app may show ads, including app open ads, interstitial ads, rewarded ads, native ads, or other ad formats depending on the app version and configuration.
Rewarded ads, if available, should only be shown when users choose to watch an ad in exchange for a stated in-app benefit. Other ad formats may appear at natural points in the app experience. We aim to avoid misleading ad placement and accidental clicks.
Ads are provided through Google AdMob and its mediation partners, currently including Meta Audience Network, Pangle, and Unity Ads. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services promoted by third-party ads. Each advertising partner's processing of data is governed by its own privacy policy, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The app also uses third-party analytics, attribution, and measurement services — including Firebase, Meta, and SolarEngine (ReYun) — to measure advertising performance, attribute installs, and understand how the app is used. Each such service processes data according to its own terms and privacy policy, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The app may send local notifications, such as morning and evening wallpaper reminders, to help you discover or refresh your wallpaper. Notifications are optional. You can turn them on or off at any time through your device system settings or the app's settings.
The app may invite you to rate it through Google Play's in-app review feature. Rating the app is optional and is handled by Google Play. We do not require, condition app features on, or offer rewards for leaving a positive rating.
You may also send us feedback, for example by email to support@lkhir.net. Feedback you provide may be used to respond to you and to improve the app.
Wallpaper images may come from public or third-party image sources. We try to provide visually appropriate fantasy wallpaper content, but we do not guarantee that every image will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every user.
Users are responsible for how they use downloaded or applied wallpapers. The app is intended for personal device customization.
If you believe content available through the app infringes rights or is inappropriate, please contact us with enough information to identify the content.

The Privacy Policy explains how the app and third-party services such as Google AdMob, its advertising mediation partners (Meta Audience Network, Pangle, Unity Ads), Meta app events, and Firebase may process data, and how notifications, ratings, and feedback are handled.
The app does not require users to create an account. If future versions add account features, the related terms and privacy disclosures may be updated.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device.
We do not guarantee that any specific wallpaper image, category, feature, ad format, or reward will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app, inability to use the app, third-party ads, or third-party content.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app, including wallpaper sources, ad formats, reward settings, notifications, or app features, at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated Terms and change the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
